Is it really free?
Yes — the CE session and the live demo are free, with no obligation to purchase. Lunch is provided for participating practices with a dentist or practice owner in attendance.
Who earns the CE credits?
Eligible clinicians earn 2 CE credits: dentists (DDS/DMD), hygienists (RDH/LDH), and many assistants (RDA/CDA/EFDA), depending on state. CE credits issued by Viva Learning, LLC upon successful completion of an independent post-session exam. Viva Learning is a Nationally Approved PACE Program Provider for FAGD/MAGD credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by any regulatory authority or AGD endorsement. 11/1/2025–10/31/2029. Provider #217544.
Does completing this CE qualify our team to apply SDF?
No. This is an educational session. Authority to apply SDF is set by your state practice act, and some states require a specific board-approved course — this CE doesn’t replace those requirements. We’ll point you to the right resources for your state during the session.
How long is it, and when can we book?
45–60 minutes, on a weekday between 11am and 3pm, scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance so your Centrix Account Manager has time to prepare and arrange catering.
Who qualifies for lunch?
Lunch is provided for qualifying practices with a dentist or practice owner attending the session. Once you book, we’ll confirm headcount and dietary preferences, then arrange delivery to your office in time for the session.
What happens after I register?
You’ll answer five short questions about your team so we can tailor the session, then choose to pick a date right away or have your Centrix Account Manager reach out first. Either way your rep gets your details immediately.
How many people can attend?
We recommend the entire office. We’ve hosted teams of 3 and teams of 30!
Is the session virtual or in-person?
Virtual. Your team joins from a conference room or operatory monitor — no closing the office, no travel.
What if we have to reschedule?
Just let your Centrix Account Rep know at least 48 hours out and we’ll move it. We’ll do our best with shorter notice, but catering may be harder to adjust.
