Have we gotten your attention? Centrix is known worldwide as the company that is “Making Dentistry Easier”, so why would we decide to start making it tougher?
Centrix is joining with Tough Mudder to create what is sure to be the ultimate in team-building exercises for the Centrix executive and management staff. The Centrix team, which will be fondly known as the “Centrix Muddy Mouths”, has registered for and will compete in Tough Mudder on May 6, 2012 at Mt. Snow in Vermont. Our team will run 10+ miles, climb to the top of Mt. Snow (more than once or so we’re told) and complete more than 28 grueling obstacles that were originally invented by British Special Forces!
Sound easy? We didn’t think so either, and that’s exactly why we decided to tackle this challenge. Not only do we think our products can stand up against the competition, we think our employees can do the same. Here’s a snippet of the exclusive invitation that went out to our management team:
ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH?
You are all exclusively invited to attend the Centrix Tough Mudder Challenge! This will prove to be the ultimate in team-building exercises because …
YOU CANNOT COMPLETE A TOUGH MUDDER COURSE ALONE!
To get through mud, fire, ice-water, and 10,000 volts of electricity you’ll need teammates to pick you up when your spirits dip. To get over 12 foot walls and through underground mud tunnels, you’ll need teammates to give you a boost and a push. Tough Mudders (and Centrix employees) are team players who make sure no one gets left behind. To that end, all Mudders (and Centrix employees) are expected to uphold our ideals and exhibit teamwork and camaraderie both on the course and off it.
We think we’ve got what it takes to start the course and finish the course as a solid team. And when we do, you can rest assured that we will bring the same determination, the same drive to do our very best, and the same commitment to excellence that continually helps us Make Dentistry Easier to work for you and your patients. We’ll only be doing it better and TOUGHER!
Hope to see you there…if you’re tough enough.
